Prior to joining Lowers Risk Group, Brad’s experience as executive manager of transaction services for Bank of America included contractual relationships with suppliers and armored transportation providers servicing 173 cash vaults, 250,000 commercial customers, 6,000+ banking centers, and the bank’s network of 21,000+ ATMs. Brad also managed a team that evaluated security controls and surveys for cash vaults, ATMs, and banking centers as well as investigations on suspected vendor robbery and theft.
Joseph Labrozzi

oe Labrozzi is the senior executive responsible for the development and oversight of security risk mitigation strategies at Lowers Risk Group. He helps the organization better understand and reduce the compliance, operational, financial, and reputational risks associated with people, intellectual assets, and tangible property. He also supports the Lowers Risk Group’s Proprietary Security Team by delivering specialized training to strengthen the company’s overall security. Joe’s career with Lowers began in 1999, when he joined as a criminal records analyst, conducting open source background checks and performing intelligence gathering. His roles expanded to other areas, including serving as Director of Research and Analysis. In that position he began producing trend data on armored car robberies for the National Armored Car Association and law enforcement. Tom Dolan
Manager of Claims & Research @Lowers Risk Group
Tom is responsible for assigning, coordinating, and directing claims investigations and recovery activities for Lowers & Associates. He manages and conducts research and analysis investigations, which include background and due diligence investigations, statistical analysis, and threat assessments. In conjunction with his responsibilities, Tom ensures that field work is performed in accordance with internal and client standards and manages the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members and contractors. He also assists clients with litigation support by working closely with outside counsel to manage ongoing legal actions, as well as serves as the primary point of contact for investigative staff members. Tom has 6 years of experience in research and investigative work, with 3 years’ experience as a Senior Research Analyst, prior to being promoted to his current role as Manager of Claims & Research. He has extensive experience in risk management and claims handling.

D. Mark Lowers serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lowers Risk Group, a provider of enterprise-wide risk mitigation and loss prevention, employment screening, and data intelligence services through its three complementary companies: Lowers & Associates, Proforma Screening Solutions, and Lowers Forensics International. Mark is actively involved in the CIT Industry with the National Armored Car Association and currently serves as President and on the Board of Directors of the Secure Cash & Transit Association. Mark also serves on several publicly traded boards of directors in the Banking and Healthcare industries. Mark is an associate member of Lloyd’s of London.
